I’ve got a couple decades of experience designing custom kits for SDR and others – from huge charity rides, pro race teams & world famous bike parks to small local bike shops and riding clubs. I’m always happy to work with your designer and/or any existing ideas you have. Or I can create something entirely new for you from scratch!
The Basics
- Trail/MTB jerseys available with short, 3/4 and long sleeves in sizes 3XS-5XL.
- Road/Gravel jerseys available with short and long sleeves in sizes 3XS-5XL.
- Road/Gravel bib shorts available in sizes 3XS-5XL.
- Road/Gravel caps are one-size-fits-most with an elastic headband in the back.
- There are no additional charges for larger sizes.
- All jerseys and bib shorts available in both Straight Cut and Hourglass Cut body forms.
- No minimum order with price breaks at 5, 10, 20, 30 and 100 items/design.
- 5-6 week standard production turnaround. All items shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
- 2 free hours of design services with every new order.

The Details
- Trail/MTB: Snug, semi-form-fit. Overlap V-neck with open hemmed waist and raglan sleeves with hemmed cuffs.
- Road/Gravel: Skin-tight form-fit. Square collar, hidden full front zip, three back cargo pockets with reflective strip, raglan sleeves with hemmed cuffs, silicon gripper waist and breathable side panels.
- Taped neck seam for comfort and long term wear.
- 100% polyester fabric. Breathable, moisture-wicking, lightweight, 2 way stretch, vent-knit for a smooth feel, while providing long-term durability.
- Full-color, all-over printing with bright, fade-proof, eco-friendly inks. Pantone color matching available.
- 4-needle, 6-line flat lock stitching with optional contrasting colors standard.
- Ultralight summer hex-mesh and heavyweight winter fleece fabric upgrades available.
- Customized individual name/number add-on available.
